"The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth."

"We loved the location! The room was modern, classy, and cozy, with a comfortable, homey feel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Double check local transportation options prior. Trolley was recommended by staff and very thankful. Got to see many spot of Tampa Bay by trolley , water taxi and walking. FYI if you are wanting to go to Clearwater Beach would recommend plan to stay there due to transportation and traffic . Did wish hotel did do shuttles from airport to hotel and at least have flyers in the lobby of things to do besides asking locals."

"Perfect location and one of the best properties in the area. Suites are spacious and new. I’ll be staying here again during my next visit to Tampa. Perfect for larger groups or families."

"The room was immaculately clean from the moment we arrived. Fresh, crisp linens, a spotless bathroom with high-quality amenities, and thoughtful little details (perfectly arranged pillows, restocked minibar, and zero dust anywhere) made it feel truly luxurious and well-maintained. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough."

"The breakfast was pretty bad. They were out of orange juice on a Saturday morning? The omelets tasted like frozen water logged eggs. The dining room staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The hotel was just ok all around."

"Room had awesome view. Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"The rooms were very quiet."

"Nice and clean with a beautiful view."

"The location was good but it was neither an updated retro-hotel NOR a modern, updated hotel. It was very tired, old, out of place in today's vacationing world. The lobby especially was very sad and dismal. There are a million ways to inexpensively create a modern and welcoming hotel lobby. Restaurant was significantly short staffed - but the 2 servers were quite friendly."

"The wide site isn’t clear on parking. Plan on paying for parking, whether it’s a parking lot nearby or valet. There are walkable eateries and bars nearby."

"Great location."

"Room was clean but the ac was not working in the room while the ac in hall was cold. So check that I had several business meetings and the food offered was good"
