Very convenient place to stay! Only a .2 mile walk to the Stadium / 10 minute walk to Riverwalk. Great to be able to check in / out at anytime - full kitchenette in the room too!

The room was clean and the amenities - full size stainless steel fridge and freezer, stove, microwave… - were delightfully impressive even though I only used the kettle and the coffee maker. The bed ( very comfortable mattress) could be raised to the ceiling to transform the bedroom into a living room. Genius design!

From the beginning customer care was great to us. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so cool and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some food and gay bars which was great. Worth the stay for sure.

Great rooms, new, clean, everything worked. It was much better than I was expecting. The full fridge and freezer was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable. Almost blackout curtains. Left impressed.

Our room was great! Easy check in! But the canopy ocer the bed had jnset lights. We suggest directions to turn on and off the ligjts to the bed be left in the room. We couldnt find a switch so we had to sleep with lights on 😂

Room was big and clean with a kitchen, laundry in unit and smart TV with streaming. Gym is nice as well. However, this is not a regular hotel with a lobby reception and staff onsite 24/7. To get problems corrected you need to call a number and if it's after a certain time, you will have to wait until the next day.

Not what we expected, and if you have a car, you definitely need to stay elsewhere. Mint House rents out studios in a converted condo building. The room itself was very clean and brand new and had a nice little kitchen area. It’s a virtual front desk so you have to check in online and wait for them to text you codes to the front door and your room at 3pm in order to access your room. No lobby or guest services or amenities or anything and while someone was in the building at 3pm when we received our “check-in codes”, it was not a 24 hour attended front door. The person wasn’t there at 7 and it’s not in an area that feels great coming back at night. The virtual front desk was responsive via text but when we asked about parking, they had zero information. There are lots around the hotel but paid parking seems to end at 3am. The virtual front desk was not able to point us to a lot where we could safely leave our car overnight. They basically said it was our problem to figure out and didn’t even know the parking rules or have options for guests. You just need to know what you are getting yourself into with this stay. Do not expect a “hotel” as we did.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. The code to enter the building did not work and luckily some other guests let us in. We reached out to the staff and were given alternative codes which then worked. It was in a good area and we felt safe and comfortable. There is no staff on site but they were very responsive if contacted. I would stay there again.
