The staff were so friendly and helpful . I had booked a smoking balcony room not realising this. They changed our room for a non smoking bigger room .

Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect.
