Thanks to her, I was able to retrieve my phone that I’d accidentally left in a taxi. She went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and quick action. "Staff are very helpful. It was our first stay in Beijing and China so we needed some assistance and the staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom is dated and the shower is over the bath. But other than the shower, everything was great. Loved our stay."

"Lovely hotel, great staff, and the property was very clean. They came to do the cleaning and bedding everyday. There’s a pretty decent size pool for swimmers. The only issue I can think of is the a/c there was little weak, had to ask the staff to fix it. Overall a great stay, highly recommended."
