this hotel is modern and in a good part of the city. A 1905 catholic church across the road was the highlight for me. Hearing the mass in Mandarin was lovely. Also the hotel is close to shopping and easy taxi or subway rides to get around to the tourist locations. Staff are helpful and professional. Buffet breakfast is not perfect but it's great to eat there on your own schedule and then get on with the day.

Good location, it’s on Wangfujing street, with walking distance to tiananmen square, forbidden city, Jinshan park, and Beihai park. Close to subway station that takes you to other site view as well. Very friendly staff too. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel, because there are a lot local breakfasts restaurants nearby at a cheaper price. Also very good restaurants for Beijing dark and Beijing hotpot nearby as well. The hotel has a swimming pool, so my kids got to enjoy it in the afternoon after morning site view under the hot sun. Overall, very recommend if you are looking for a location convenient and close to every thing.

The hotel was amazing! We stayed for an extended time and the staff treated us well. The spa, pool, and gym were great. The morning breakfast buffet was out of this world. There were so many options and things changed. The executive lounge was well worth it and had a great view. I would definitely go back. Outstanding facility and staff.

The staff were super kind and helpful. I don’t speak mandarin and I was having trouble paying the taxi driver. The concierge came to rescue! Also, I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay, it was incredibly delicious with healthy options. Cleaning ladies also continuously restock up on the bathroom items.

My partner and I stayed on the 10th floor in an Executive room which had club access during April 5th & 13th, 2026. Check-in was quick and easy as was checking out. Apple from the Executive Lounge was always smiling and helpful each afternoon and evening we spent there. We used the laundry service daily for one garment and housekeeping was immediate and responsive each time I called up. I'd literally put down the phone and there would be a knock on our door within minutes. The concierges were probably the best I've ever encountered. I read some reviews prior to the trip about issues with English but it wasn't an issue at all with us. Sometimes we used the translator but nothing that couldn't be solved. They booked Tiananmen Square and other attractions so promptly and nothing was ever an issue. The hotel is close to two different metro stations and has a couple of convenience stores located within the area. Wangfujing Street has all the shopping you need. The breakfast in the Atrium area is fantastic although you might spend a bit of time waiting for coffee due to only two machines. On our last day, the valet - Jack (Helianjue) was so helpful with helping us with our taxi to the airport. I felt sorry for the heavy bags he had to lift into the car. Sunworld hotel is right next to Sunworld Dynasty, but don't confuse the two as I highly recommend Sunworld Dynasty where I stayed over the other. Would stay here again next time I visit Beijing.
