Staff was great went to the Great Wall on New Year’s Day when we returned the was food in the lobby to celebrate tea coffee candies available in the lobby 24/7 hotel is located on a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and restaurants there is also a subway station at one end of the street highly recommended this hotel

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing again.
