Property close to metro , location was great for One of the main shopping streets in Beijing. Room clean , what I expected , breakfast was ok - hotel like a lot of stuff in China , cater for home market over foreign travellers. Staff good , didn’t have much interaction, got a late check out for half room rate , which was ok as had a very late flight . Overall , position of hotel excellent , for everything as near to Metro , food and shopping options

Carpets in the corridor could use a refresh soon. Rooms were maintained well however we did need a plumber everyday to help with the toilet blockage. They were prompt, like plumber was at the room within 2 mins and problem resolved within 10. Might reconsider when coming to beijing again, unsure if I'd stay again - but its worth the price.

This was a very nice hotel, at a wonderful location. This building was formerly a "Crowne Plaza" property, and has a layout similar to what you will find at most Embassy Suites, with a large interior courtyard, and interior glass elevators. The staff was extremely helpful, throughout my stay, including the gentleman at the front desk to assisted with my setup of my Alipay app. The room was surprisingly large, and everything (except the safe) worked perfectly. The first floor courtyard also contained a small convenience store, as well as a fruit / vegetable store, and a hot-pot restaurant. It is also across the street from the northern end of the Wangfujing Street strolling district, with many malls, stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. All in all, I would highly recommend.

First of all, the staff were excellent and attentive. The location of the hotel can't be beat for access to tourist attractions. Walking distance to the Palace Museum, the Temple of Heaven, it's right on Wangfujing street! And also close to a lot of the hutongs. The rooms are tired. The hotel needs a renovation our toilet required 3 flushes to take care of business, the plumber chain broke every other use, the door knob to the bathroom fell off as well. Also the ceiling plaster was falling into the bathtub. You wanted to wear your room slippers ( provided). The buffet breakfast at $20 canadian, was great, and there was a great fruit store in the lobby, which helped because most of the food is noodle or rice based. Date of travel: August 2026.

Good location, but room needs work. Everything else was nice, easy location, metro nearby, and staff were helpful. Location made getting around Beijing simple. Only downside was our room. The bathroom needs an upgrade, flush was broken and taps were loose. Not very appealing. If they fix the rooms, it would be a great stay.
