Very good condo little on the small side though, surrounding communal area & pool very nice. 10min walk straight onto the beach. Parking space for our car on ground level which was helpful. Would recommend if

Clean, charming and convenient.

Clean, charming and convenient. Everything you need is close, the building is clean and well maintained. WiFi is good. Beach is close. Bus stations, taxis, malls, massages food, coffee hospitals… all in easy walking range. And kind Thai people to engage with. What is more to ask for?

Var greit å bo her, kort vei til stranden, og til begge kjøpesentret. God seng, fine svømmebasseng, greie personal som arbeider her. God service. Hadde litt problem med internett, ringte dem og det ble ordner med en gang 😀 vi forlenget utsjekk med 4 dager, det ordnet de med en gang. La casita kan vi anbefale. 😀😀

1. 외부인 출입 통제를 위해 확인증을 줍니다 체크아웃할때 제출하므로 잃어버리지 마세요 (차량확인증 잃어버리면 300바트 벌금) 2. 식기,국자,과도,전자렌지,토스트기,커피포트,드라이기,청소기 있어요 3. 작은 사이즈는 건너편 세븐 편의점 저렴 샴푸,린스,치약,칫솔,슬리퍼,휴지,세제 사세요 4. 2주동안 1번 청소해주시고 수건 큰거4장 휴지1롤 교체해줍니다 샤워기, 필터 많이 가져오세요 5. 수영장 생각보다 작지만 1.2m 깊이 아침 7시부터 가능 수영모 없어도 되는데 긴머리는 묶는게 예의 6. 1바트 1리터 생수공급기 있는데 간혹 점검있어요 7. 코인세탁기 있어요 동전은 택배관리 직원에게 요청하면 바꾸어 줍니다 세제넣고 뚜껑만 닫으면 알아서 자동처리 8. 플라스틱,병,종이 정도만 분리수거했어요 음쓰,비닐류는 그냥 버렸어요 봉투 5장정도 줬어요 9. 최소 체크인 이틀전에 대화하기로 매일보내서 확정 1확인받으시고 몇시에 도착한다고 알려주면 방번호/비번은 당일날 메일줍니다 10. 병원 앞 횡단보도 이용 버튼 눌러야되요 오래걸림 초록불이라도 좌우 살피고 건너기 차에 치일뻔함 11. 세븐(소량구매)<마켓빌리지=탑스<블루포트 같은 물건에 2~4밧정도 차이 할인행사 차이 1+1, 2+1 있음
