Secluded and decent

Secluded getaway away from the beach. The villas and what they are is amazing the private pools are small but exactly what is needed on those hot days. The room did have quite a bit staining on the couch and curtains. Other than that very clean. Be careful and pay attention to the check or procedures to avoid costs and deposit is cash only

Nice and quiet villas but no service provided

It was nice and quiet pool villas but there was no service provided. Arrived early but not allowed to check in and you have to pay extra for early check in. There was problem with their communication system as I requested a shuttle service and it was delayed and ordered a floating breakfast and they forgot about it. No house keeping services, you even have to request to change your towel. The villa’s facilities were out dated and for the breakfast you could only choose one per person and no refill. The price was fairly cheap but I would not recommend it.

Tolle Vilenanlage, etwas abseits von Huahin

Wir hatten eine 4 Bedroom Villa, welche an sich sehr komfortabel und vollständig eingerichtet war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider hat uns Folgendes nicht gefallen: - Service an der Rezeption. Die Öffnungszeiten sind absolut inakzeptabel. Wenn man ein frühes Checkout benötigt um z. B. rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein, ist das nicht möglich, da erst ab 09.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. - Frühstück. Ist nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Auswahl, Fleischbeilage minderwertig, ohne Geschmack. Wir haben 4x Frühstück mitbezahlt, zweimal bekommen. Am letzten Tag hatten wir eine Vereinbarung, dass wir anstelle des bezahlten Frühstücks ein Take away Essen am Abend geliefert bekommen. Leider wurde uns das nicht gebracht. Wir haben somit rund 3000 Baht dem Restaurant geschenkt, ohne Gegenleistung. Fazit: Villas sind top, Service muss verbessert werden.

สถานที่ดี ความปลอดภัยดี ความสะอาดดี ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวถือว่าสะดวกมาก พนักงานหน้าเคาท์เตอร์บริการดี เสียนิดนึงตรงบ้านหลังที่ได้รอบนี้ แอร์ทุกตัวไม่ค่อยเย็น เปิดบ่ายเย็นเช้าอีกวัน รีโมทแอร์ไม่ครบ แอร์ 3 ตัว มีรีโมท 2 ตัว กับไฟสระไม่ค่อยสว่าง แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอย่างอื่นครบดีครับ ถ้าแอร์เย็นช่ำๆ กับสามารถอนุโลมเช็คอินล่วงหน้าได้บ้าง (กรณีมีห้องพร้อมปล่อย) โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขคิด ชั่วโมงละ 1,000 จะให้เต็ม 10 เลย รอบนี้ให้ 8/10 ครับ

Not bad, far from perfect.

We booked to stay at Sivana Garden Pool Villas and were given a 4 bed villa at Sivana Hideaway. The oven did not work on the first night. Two bedrooms had to share a bathroom. Any communication in English was met with a terminated call. No attempt to say, cannot speak English.

Vackert belägen villa

Huset var i okej skick. Väldigt mycket flugor inne. Ena badrummet var så fullt av flugor och en hemsk lukt av avlopp som gjorde att vi inte använde det alls. Men det fanns två toaletter så vi använde inte den alls. Övriga rum var okej. Poolen var toppen. Klubbhuset är fantastiskt. Den stora poolen för alla är i fint skick. Maten är jättegod från klubbhuset. Området ligger avskillt från mycket annat, det är tyst och lugnt. Området är välskött och fint. För en lugn semester så är detta ett perfekt ställe.

自駕遊是一間一定要試吓既獨立屋。安全度相當高。私人泳池。亦有會所泳池。而且會所食品唔錯。仲可以送到門口。真係意想不到。

三天才有工人打掃收拾，我住三天沒有人打掃，垃圾要自己掉，而且屋內沒有電話可與front desk聯絡，沒有洗衣機，天台沒有設施和沙灘椅等可曬太陽，浪費了一點，早餐泰式比西式出色好吃，找車還好，security 不錯

整個屋苑外觀很美，但入到屋內很普通，設備不完善，所有洗頭水、牙膏牙刷都需要自行準備！屋內房間、廁所鎖匙只有管理員才有，反鎖了亦很難聯絡職員，要待第二天才可幫你開鎖。價格與實體不合比例

Place is quiet and big. Good for family travelling together. But overall room is pretty old, and WiFi doesn't work. One of the shower only have brown water coming out. Doesn't have 24 hours reception, so if you are checking in late or early, you have to make prior arrangement. A big and nice club hosue in the middle.

非常舒適的居所

價錢不貴,舒適,地方大,我是自駕遊的,車可停在別墅內,非常方便,唯獨是地處偏僻,如不是自駕遊很難去到,出入亦不方便,但自駕遊便沒有問題,駕車約5分鐘便有便利店,大排檔,亦可一早在距離別墅約半小時車程的大型超市,買食物以及燒烤用品在別墅內的泳池邊燒烤,屋內亦有廚房以及煮食用具,只是泳池較細,但適合與小朋友到此渡假.

Te ver van Hua Hin

Mooie villa, met toch wat probleempjes... niet proper gekuist, ver van Hua Hin gelegen... Praten en begrijpen enkel Thais, communicatie dus een probleem. Taxi’s komen niet tot aan het hotel, tenzij deze die het hotel bellen, heeeel duur! De eetbaarst zijn veel dingen niet beschikbaar.

ที่พักดีหมดนะครับ แต่ห้ามเสียงดังมีเขียนว่าห้ามเสียดังหลัง 21.00 แต่20.00 ก็มีพนักงานมาบอกให้งดใช้เสียงละ ถ้าจะมีกฎแบบนี้ น่าจะใส่ลงไปในรายละเอียดการจองเลยนะครับ คนเข้าพักจะได้เข้าใจตรงกัน บางคนอยากมาปาร์ตี้ใช้เสียง บางคนอยากมาแบบครอบครัว จะได้แยกๆกันไปเลยครับ อีกอย่างเก็บค่าประกันหลังละ 5,000 น่าจะมีบอกก่อนเช่นเดียวกันครับ

Escape to Hua Hin

No ironing board or iron available, though it mentions in the room description. Customer service was helpful thought. A little far from the city centre, but a great hideaway if you want piece and quiet.
