"Staff were amazing. The pool was dirty and needs maintenance on the tiles-many were broken off. But my biggest complaint is the r elevator system. There are not enough elevators and the system assigns elevators not knowing how many people are going to that floor so after waiting 5-10 minutes each ..."

"Liked the central location. And the two pools and the coffee shop. Housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Bar drinks were lovely. Didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t lock (broken?). Elevators usually very crowded."
