Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
The location is great, and the place is clean, though it is definitely a bit dated. As others have mentioned, the noise level can be quite high. There was even a man playing the trumpet on the street at 6 a.m. Earplugs are highly recommended.
