"WARNING! the location for this hotel put on Hotels.com Browser is WRONG! it is not located in Old town it is at least half an hour drive from there. I booked late the day before based on the location shown on the map at hotels.com. Once I was about to book Taxi I got faced with the truth. They do NOT have a telephone number you can call, I tried all that I could find. No Thai number. I tried to reach them and talk about the location misstake but they refused to pay my money back for 3 nights in...

"The hotel was excellent. I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Som, who was always very attentive and truly cared about the well-being of the guests. I would gladly come back!"

"Recommended friendly residence. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. AC worked well, thankfully. Hotel on busy road but relatively quiet at night. Walk to Chalong pier in about 15 minutes. "

"เงียบ สงบ เป้นธรรมชาติดีแต่เสียอย่างเดียวเข้าซอยลึกไปหน่อย พนักงานก้ต้อนรับดีแต่ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร"

"The building is ok. It needs some care and a little love. With that the experience would be a 4 star minimum."

"เงียบสงบส่วนตัว ถ้าไม่มีรถก็เดิินไกลหน่อยจากร้านสะดวกซื้อและแหล่งของกิน"

"Parfait"

"Everything was as was expected. Room. Cleaned daily was clean no issues"

"The place is fantastic, we loved the restaurant and bar from the hotel. The customer service was incredible staff alwyas wanting to help us with everything. This place is near Kata beach about 20 minutes walk lots of restaurants and bars. We've never been so relaxed on a holiday before. The breakfast is amazing, the cooking class is a must as well. We want to come back to this hotel as soon as possible. Thank you for the great memories"

"We stayed here with another couple last year while visiting Phuket for Muay Thai and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was conveniently close to Fight Street via Grab. Highly recommended!"

"Huone siisti ja edullinen. Kaikki meni hyvin👍"

"ห้องพักสบาย กว้างขวาง สะอาด น้ำไหลแรงดีมาก แต่อาหารเช้าอาจจะหลากหลายน้อยไปหน่อย "

"Although the staff are friendly, the hotel is not very nice. The room was cheap and nasty and there was a used drug pipe in the toilet. Needless to say we didn't want to swim in the pool. It was a cheap room though so you get what you pay for. "
