Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great balance of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! And extremely affordable."
