Little gem of a place

This is a little gem of a place a little outside the old town (about £1.50 in a Grab). Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Staff were great and food fabulous.

This place is cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and respectful. We got messages and it was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is definitely memorable and delicious. Besides not being located in closer to the walking area, this place is perfect.

It is GREAT!! Nothing to fault. Super nice staff, gorgeous pool, tasty drinks, confortable room. Bikes for free and free transport for Da Nang airport. Close to great restaurant a little outside the old quarter but a 1,50$ Grab ride sooooo worth it.

Clean, classy, friendly, professional place. 20 min walk to old town market area. Great rooftop pool and massge spa in the basement. Excellent value with full breakfast and nice balcony views. 8 beautiful covered pickleball courts a few doors down the street is another bonus for PB players.

The soaker tubs in the bathroom were the best, I had a bath every night! The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooftop pool was a very nice place to spend the afternoon if you needed some down time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Little Gem. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. There is free breakfast and they provide bicycles for transportation in the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially like Zoe and Jenny who took really good care of me and gave me recommendations of where to go. The Little Gem was recommended to us by friends for our stay in Hoi An and we certaonly found out why! The staff, led by the fantastic Mei, were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel features fabulous decor, complete with a koi fishpond in the centre of the building. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and elegant. The breakfast buffet was generous and the food was delicious. We had such a great stay at Little Gem - which is a short walk from the busy tourist area of Hoi An - and would highly recommend it for families and couples.

The little Gem is a Lovely brand new and very clean hotel. The rooms are very spacious and there is a balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood. I was surprised to see a lovely marble bath in the bathroom. There is a nice and clean swimming pool. The breakfast included many options fruits,salads, etc. Staff are very friendly and were always willing to help. Specially Mia, Zoe and all the staff. It takes 4 min by Grab to the old town. Overall i highly recommend the Little Gem hotel

Sorry in advance for the long review but I wanted to explain our memorable experience. Our stay in Hoi An was supposed to be one night but it got extended due to my sister being very sick. It was a scary time for the both of us but I could honestly not think of a better hotel where this could have happened. First, the hotel is modern, clean and eco-friendly as it was recently built in 2023. The food was good and the room service was appreciated as my sister was unable to walk down to the restaurant. However, the true shining stars of this hotel are the staff. I can’t even begin to tell you all how grateful I am for all their help during those stressful few days. Zoe - I can’t thank you enough for all your support during those three days. From your kind check-in messages to helping me contact the local doctor, you truly did everything you could to help us both. Thank you for being our “rock” during those stressful days. Ni, Kim, Mei and Flower - thank you for the extra touches with the room service and making special meals and drinks for my sister. Shawn- thank you for the lift to the ATM so I could pay the doctor. Jamie, Selena and Mia - thank you for helping me speak with the airline company and cancel all the other bookings. All three of you were always ready to lend a hand and went out of your way to help me in any way you could. All in all, I highly highly recommend this hotel to all travellers and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An.

We loved staying here - one of the highlights of our family trip to Vietnam. It is super clean, modern, beautiful, in a peaceful location but still walkable to Old Town. It felt luxurious. The staff were wonderful and generous with their time, happy to chat with us and offer advice and recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful stay at this newly opened (Dec '23) hotel. Not too large which gave it a more personal feel. Rooms are extremely clean, beds couldn't be more comfortable. Beautiful outdoor pool, beautiful landscaping and extremely friendly and helpful personnel--especially Flower, Zoe & Jenny. Such sweet gals that we enjoyed talking to. The breakfast was great with a variety of foods from pastries to savory Vietnamese dishes. The homemade yogurt was the best! We used their free bicycles several times to go into the Old Town and beyond. The location felt just right--not in busy Old Town but close enough to walk to many shops, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in beautiful Hot An!

Bra läge lite utanför det mest hysteriska

Bra rum, lite tråkig utsikt kanske många tycker men vi tyckte charmigt att ha en privat trädgård utanför där det gick ankor och höns. Tuppen väckte en 5.00 som sig bör. :) Bra rum i övrigt, trevlig Rooftop pool. Bra frukost. Låg bra till med 20-30 min promenad längs vattnet ner till stan. Restaurangerna nära hotellet vid floden var bra och mycket lugnare att hänga där än inne i Gamla stan. (Där det var lite hysteriskt) vi var nöjda med läget.
