"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. I had to call the number yhey provided and a man came to find me and lead me there. It's cliae to big Zhongshan street, but not right on it, and office is up on 6th...

"Staff helpful when complained about my earlier room that is stained with tobacco smell. People spat into plants in hotel lobby and smoked in elevators but this is my persistent complaint about China in general. Quite a lot of mainland Chinese don't seem to be able to understand the basic hygiene and health implications with such behaviours."

"It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. "
