The classic Nanjing hotel which has recently undergone major renovations (opened to the public in 1983), located in the heart of the city, served by two subway lines connecting it to all major sites in the city North-South and East-West. Great food and impeccable service all around.

Such a wonderful experience! Location, safety, amenities, comfort and service was top notch. Special shoutout to Mr, Cao at the front desk for outstanding assistance which made our stay the best ever. He assisted with information, ticket reservations and service.

Excellent service, breakfast buffet offers variety choices, the Jia lounge can be accessed from 11:00-23:00, offering the light buffet dinners from 17:30 to 19:00 is a bonus for us. I came for the conference, did not get the chance to sightseeing this time, will definitely to stay this hotel again.

Excellent location. Connected to the metro station from the hotel basement. Close to all the popular dining spots. Room looks a bit dated but it’s clean and well maintained. Bed is soft and comfortable.

Highly Recommend This Hotel

Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town.

The dining area on the 2nd floor is the best, but the room is very old, and the service is mediocre. I just traveled from Shanghai and stayed in Portman Ritz-Carlton for two days. The service there is so much better than Jinling。

Great location and service

Best of line service I’ve ever had. Location is near 2 subway intersection. Everything's great except the window is not so clean for my 33rd floor room. Pity for such a wonderful view.

The overall living standard & hotel facilities are above average. All the staff including the doorman，duty manager and housekeeper are very enthusiastic & willing to offer assistance. Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well. In addition, the breakfast is great & delicious with most of the local favorite. Will come again next time.
