Meet our basic needs.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly. The front desk people are nice, but they are smoking constantly. The only reason we stayed there was they have washer as we ran out of our clean clothes during our long trip.

There is no sign of hotel or anything. When I got there, there was a security downstairs and he was yelling at me and no help. I have to wait for someone passed by and someone help me to call that reception guy to come and get me downstairs. They don’t have reception desk at all. They use as one room for reception and that guy live in there. He smokes in that room. Our room is dirty, yuck and floor are popping up and blind are broken.

도심 전철역 가까이 있어 교통편이 편리합니다. 보내온 이메일을 확인하고 숙소를 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 숙소가 넓은 편이며 간단한 조리를 할 수 있는 부엌을 갖추고 간편식을 즐기기에 적합했습니다. 다만, 금연실임에도 담배냄새가 나는 것은 아쉬운 점입니다.

以這個價錢來說 是可以接受。個人很注重清潔，公寓都有點舊，整體設備衛生都有些不像圖示的。 有張床被還是有挺多毛髮，我想這個要注意一下。但還是能作短期住宿。 地點不難找，商家會發地址給你，Hotels.com 的地圖是錯的。 非常近地鐵站，張府站去別的地方都好方便。

非常適合長期出差的酒店

位置非常好，就在張府園地鐵站旁邊，附近也有星巴克與便利商店與多家銀行，非常便利！網路速度也很棒，有微波爐、洗衣機、電磁爐，還提供了鍋具，非常適合較長期的出差~

Clean the room!

Kaibin apartment is located at the good location - close to( probably 10-15 minutes walk) the center of the city. Subway is just a few minutes' walk as well. The service is a bit slow but ok if you are patient. If you request something, they will do to meet your need. Some rooms has the washer and the dryer. If you need them, they are very useful for stay more than a few days because there is no public laundry in the city and if you don't want to hand wash your soiled clothes. Now, the things to improve from my stay are 1. The room is not clean at all and they won't clean the room for you during your stay. They will just change the towels daily only. 2. Smoke room is listed as the non-smoke room. The cleaners is a big problem because you will have to do it since you check in. The price is low if it compared to the regular hotel price. You get what you pay for.

Hotels.com annonçait qu'il était possible de contacter l'hôtel pour avoir une navette à l'arrivée à l'aéroport. mais comment contacter un hôtel en Chine ? Après avoir enfin pu avoir l'adresse mail de l'établissement , j'ai envoyé 2 mails restés sans réponse . Enormes difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel situé dans une cour intérieure , sans enseigne . A déconseiller .

Hotel is part of an apartment complex which made it hard to find. It has a full kitchen which we barely used but convenient nonetheless. It was quite clean and had amazing shower water pressure.

Convenient apartment style accommodations

Some reviews online made me bit concerned, but it was actually fine. Yes it is hard to find (go into the back building and take the elevator to the 11th floor - you won't see signs in the lobby!). Yes, the cleanliness level is more like a clean home than a hotel. Yes, the reception is in an apartment rather than a formal reception desk. But the location is very central and close to the subway, the price is good, the apartments are in generally good condition and have the amenities of an apartment which is convenient. We got a room that had a full bed and a twin bed with a couch in between which allowed us to accommodate everyone. I would stay there again if in Nanjing.

二星級的連鎖廉價旅社，沒甚麼好要求的。窗戶隔音不太好，早上很容易被外面的汽車喇叭吵醒。 有一點值得誇獎，房間的清潔度還算不錯，感覺有用心再打掃，只是沒有設計裝潢，比較像"家"的感覺。

Not a real hotel, more like a dirty appartment.

This hotel is hard to find, even I spoke Chinese. I check in around 11:00 pm. I have to call to have somebody check me in. A male staff with underwear, yes with underwear open the door. There is no office. Some left over was on the desk. I was very uncomfortable with the situation. But it was too late and I flight more than 18 hours. Bath room was old and dirty. Bed was hard and bedding was old. Two male staffs was friendly, one woman always has a dirty look.

Hard to find, horrible service, charged extra.

It's impossible to find the lobby without help from locals. The rooms were not clean. They refused to pay back the deposit even though everything were in order. They do not speak english, at all.
