"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"
"Stunning rooms .. great value .. excellent Chinese restaurant .. but some staff somewhat clueless .. front desk didn't know if hotel had room service when asked after our late arrival "

"We live here for 12 days ,Good for family living longer, all in one washer and dryer. Great location in downtown. But one more thing needs careful, a girl around 20 years old followed my husband from lobby until our room, she try to talk to my husband, but my husband said English, so she try to speak Chinese and keep asking him if he can speak Chinese. This is make me feel not safe, I think people knows what I mean. "
