I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. The host was very attentive and responsive, and the amenities made everything super convenient. Plus, the Park 7 neighborhood is excellent—a safe and upscale area with a pool, a central park, and very close to Landmark 81. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again. Five stars!

Great location to relax from the busy city. Very big apartment with everything you need. Air conditioning was very powerful. Bed was nice and we just loved our stay. I will visit again. Nearby you have everything you need, nice restaurants and calm vibes. This part of the city is very clean also.

Excellent experience! Gorgeous, spacious comfortable apartment in a very safe area. The air quality is very good in this area compared to the other areas in the city. We stayed for 10 days. The washing machine and dryer were especially nice to have. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very nice. Highly recommend!!

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location was ideal, near transport, restaurants, and attractions. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I had a great stay at this serviced apartment in Vinhomes Central Park. The location is super convenient, and the apartment itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the complex has many buildings, so it can be a bit tricky to find the exact location — I recommend contacting the host in advance for clear directions. Also, if you want to use the gym or swimming pool, be sure to ask the host about access. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The apartment was very comfortable, I used wash machine, I used nife fot cutting a mango which I bought in a shop, very combiniented. It has two shawer room, and two toilet, our family used both at the same time, it was good since one doesn't need to wait, and each rooms are very big size. The staffs are very kind and quick response when I asked something. I had very nice trip in the city with stay in the apartment, thank you!

I had an amazing stay at the Vinhomes Romantic apartment in HCMC. The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and comes with top-notch amenities—all at a very reasonable price. It’s only a 10–15 minute ride to District 1, which made getting around super convenient. An An was an exceptional host. She was responsive the entire time and went above and beyond to help us. When I accidentally left my elevator key in the room and got stuck in the stairwell at 4am, she didn’t hesitate to come help me and my partner—something I’m extremely grateful for. She also helped us find a great laundry service nearby. Service in Vietnam can sometimes be hit or miss, but An An’s dedication and care truly stood out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Saigon!

Lack of details for a nice place

The property is really nice on the exterior but the rental unit is not upkeep. The furnitures are old and worn, couch has stains, dining room chairs paddings are worn to the frame and the bathroom are horrible. The host gave us an access card that doesn't work and you have to wait for a representative to get you in. The access code to the rental unit is hard to activate and you have to do it several times. The towels are not properly washed and they do smell like mildew. I can go on and on, but overall they need to pay attention to the guests expectations and the quality of guess services. The view is really nice and I recommend it, if you can tolerate some of the deficiencies

At first i was a little skeptical with the host, but the experience was worth the money. My apartment was 2 bed & 2 bathrooms and they were clean. We got the fridge, microwave, washer, & even shampoo & body wash. We were staying in Landmark plus building and we were just steps away from Landmark 81! Thanks An & her team, they were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely choose An for our next visit.
