Location was close to most amenities that is needed. However, property is a bit older than expected and amenities in the kitchen is very limited. Washer and dryer is disappointing, clothes just won’t dry , so I had to pay for the laundry service outside of the property.

Delux 2bedroom with bathtub(2ベッドルーム　浴槽付き)を5月に予約し8月4日〜8月11日まで7泊しました。 良い点:マットレスは良質、シーツやタオル、食器は清潔 悪い点:予約してからチェックインまでの間に問い合わせに対する返事がかなり遅い。 赤ちゃん連れのためリスティングにあったベビーチェアの確認を予約時にしたが2ヶ月以上放置され、チェックイン2日前にHotels.comにクレームを入れ確認してもらったところ、用意がないですとのことでした。 リスティングに用意がないものを記載するのはいかがなものか。リストにあったトースターもなかったですし、チェックイン後に問い合わせしても都合の悪いことに関しては返事もないです。 チェックインの案内も当日朝9時に、どこのレジデンスの何号室か、郵便受けのコード、入り口ドアのコードのメールは来て、いざ部屋に入るとバスタブもない、シャワーが2つあるだけの部屋で写真とは全く違う部屋でした。 悪意を感じたのでオーナーではなくHotels.comのチャットへ連絡しもはや詐欺ですとキャンセルし返金対応でいいですよと伝えたところ、部屋を間違えたと慌てた素ぶりでホテルから連絡が来ました。この間1時間ほどでしたが子どもたちは疲れていたのでベッドで休憩させていたところ、バスタブ付きの部屋へ案内に来たスタッフがそれを見てオーナーへ連絡しオーナーと電話をし、「もう部屋を使っていますよね」と言ってきたので英語であなたのミスですよねと指摘し子どもたちを連れて部屋移動しました。 バスタブ付きの部屋も一見、清潔そうに見えますがシャワールームの床はぬるぬるして排水も悪く、指摘するとスタッフが掃除に来て直りました。浴槽は前客の垢落としが大変で近くのスーパーでスポンジを買って私自身がしました。 バスタオル4枚、足拭きマット3枚のみ、トイレットペーパー各1個のみ。塩胡椒、インスタントコーヒーすらありません。料理はほぼ不可能です。冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、乾燥機付き洗濯機が役に立ったくらいです。(洗濯洗剤はなし) シャンプーやシャワージェルはスーパーの安物です。 ビジネスで1-2泊なら問題ないと思いますが家族の休暇で利用するなら同じレジデンスでも7泊以上なら無料空港送迎付きやプールの指紋認証などやってくれるオーナーがAirB&Bにたくさんいるので今回は失敗したと反省しています。ベビーチェアよバスタブがあればいいかと思ったのですが最初に問い合わせの返信が放置された時点でキャンセルしておけばよかったと後悔しています。 最後に違う部屋に案内しておいてWeChatででHuh？(は？まだチェックインしてないの？w)は客に失礼でふざけるにも程があると思いました。子どもを産んでだいぶ丸くなった私でも相当ムカつきました。

Great location, so-so apartment

What I like about it: Easy communication. Doorbell CCTV. Location is near Thiso Mall, about 30-40 mins away from International Airport. Hairdryer is provided. 5 mins walking distance to Landmark 81. Convenience store beside the apartment. What can be improved: Condition of the apartment is so-so. Hairs around the apartment. The washer+dryer works ok, albeit it was dusty and there was no detergent provided, hence I had to purchase my own. Bathroom had a bathtub. The sofa definitely needs a deep clean, didn't dare to sit on it.

This property is in a great location. The property common area and s clean and welcoming. The owner of the property that we stayed does not communicate and offer things but does not deliver. You will only get one card to let you in the elevator; if you are travelling with family or friends, you will need to ensure you are always together. Not ideal.

Property is bit dated, elevators were super slow going up to 15 floor and need key everytime so a bit inconvenience. Good to have full kitchen but not well stocked at all to cook home meals. We ended up ordering food thru Grab the whole week of our stay.
