It was close to the center of Ho Chi Minh and D2. The room was quite spacious and pleasant. There were good amenities around, and there was a big park in front of the accommodation, so the view was good. I'm planning to stay here for the next trip. 호치민 1군과 2군 사이에 있는 고급 아파트입니다. 아파트 내에 헬스장이나 수영장도 꽤 잘되어 있고, 주변에 한국마트나 여러 가지 편의 시설이 많습니다. 꽤 깨끗하고 뷰도 무척 좋습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 중간에 빨래도 할 수 있었구요. 특히 바로 앞에 센트럴파크가 있어서 아침마다 조깅, 산책하기 딱 좋습니다. 대형 마트, 쇼핑센터, CGV도 단지 안에 있고요. 가족단위로 가면 꽤 편안하게 즐길 수 있을 것 같아요.

The property itself is spacious - large two bedroom apartment. Location is not central and quite far from most attractions but within a lovely residential area with plenty of restaurants closeby and a shopping centre. Lots of cons however. Biggest issue was cleaniless. The bin in one of the toilets was not emptied and had used toilet paper inside. The towels were not particularly clean with visible stains. There were no duvet covers just the duvet inners - and when i questioned this all i was told was that this is all they had. Despite having communicated a 12pm checkout the cleaner had arrived before 11am and was knocking on the door again prior to checkout. Overall not a very pleasant experience

깔끔하고 넓어서 쾌적합니다 고급주거단지 느낌도 나구요 다만 비슷한 고층 아파들이 밀집해있어서 park3 위치를 찾아가는게 어려울수도있습니다 그랩 찍으실때도 꼭 park3 주소까지 함께 찍고 움직이세요

Highly recommend

Lovely apartment that made our stay very comfortable. I would suggest sending instructions to find apartment several days prior rather than on morning of arrival as difficult to find and we didn’t have wifi to receive email. Everything else was great.

Great apartment with plenty of room. A 20min taxi ride to Ben thanh market. Shops and restaurants close by. Owner very accommodating by letting us check out late as we were on a day tour
