Great place right in the heart of District 3. Secured place with front desk monitoring. Starbucks downstairs and other smaller restaurants.

Fab apartment in great location

Léman luxurious apartments was superb. Chloe was so helpful with check in & ensuring our stay was the most comfortable & relaxed. Superb location, handy to the top sites & access to rooftop pool & gym. Highly recommend! Thanks for the fab stay

I had a wonderful stay, and I can't speak highly enough of Chloe and the entire Luminous team. From the moment I arrived, Chloe made sure everything was taken care of, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location is located in the center of the city , so it is very convenient for me to go anywhere. The Luminous team was attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any needs. The service was impeccable, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Our reservation was canceled at the last minutes, according to the property manager that they had some legal issues. Our reservation is booked on Dec 23 and we received cancelation email on 21. We scrambled to get a place to stay and had to pay double of what we originally paid because it is so close to Christmas. Avoid this property at all cost.

We booked 3 nights and had to move 3 times. First one did not have 3 beds and because a person who rented the place 2 days before us was arrested and the police needed to take photos of the apartment for evidence . 2nd move was because the room had been rented out that night and the last move only had 2 beds so my son had to sleep on a air mattress. . We got a discount on $5.00 for all the trouble.
