Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Meh to negative stay experience

Upon first impression, seems to be a great stay due to modern building and surroundings, however when we got into the rooms, it seemed like cigarettes that hadn’t been aired out or clean at all. They left dirty socks in the drawl, rooms were moderately cleaned, and the beds and sheets are old and extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, during the check-in process, it was not very smooth as there is no one at the front desk to greet you. We waited 30 mins for someone to arrive to let us in and he barely give information about the properties. This stay was so bad, we always stay outside and just go to sleep and wait up. The only positive thing is having a washer with dryer to wash clothes. I would give this place a 1-2 starts max given the amount they charged and the values you get. The cigarette smell was awful!!!
