"The hotel looked a little old. however was within walking distance of Itami Airport and walking distance from a train station. very convenient to access osaka through train. neighborhood felt safe"

"Small room, clean, very hot, hallways dark, close to the train station"

"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

"Excellent service and good facilities."

"This was my first time staying at a ryokan. I had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast meals were 10 out of 10 for presentation and taste. The baths were equally refreshing. The only thing I could critique is the bed was a little minimal compared to western beds I'm used to. I still got a great nights rest and would come back in a heartbeat."

"Very friendly staff, close to airport. "
