"The house is massive and super cute! Lots of space to sleep and hang out. Full kitchen (cutest tiniest oven ever), and free washer/dryer with soap provided. Bathtub has an automatic heating feature which was super cool coming from a Canadian who has never seen this before. Super close to the ferry port. "Enjoyed our 4-night stay on the club level. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Club lounge is wonderful. Hotel accepts luggage delivery, but does not accept outside food (so no Urber Eats delivery is allowed). Room was large and spacious, however we found the bed and the pillows a little hard (which is not uncommon in our travels throught Japan). Room doesn't have a smart TV, so no chrome casting movies. Hotel is located in a remote location. 30 mins from downtown so the free bus to the Hiroshima station is appreciated, however will it would be nice if it started before 9:50 am as the City bus is easy to use but very crowed. Tour boats leave right from the hotel which is great and the sunlight cruise was beautiful.. Would definitely stay again."
