シャワーヘッドが大きかったのに、中央あたりからしか水が出てこなくて、、、切り替えがあったのかな？ ホテルに帰れば、お帰りなさいませとお声がけいただいて、掃除の方にも気持ちの良い挨拶をいただきました。 おかげさまで、楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございます😊 また伺いたいと思います！

We found the location really good for access to the castle and Memorial Park & museum which were all in walking distance. It was also only a short walk from the station which made arriving and leaving straightforward. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall staying here helped ensure we had a very enjoyable time in Hiroshima.

朝食バイキング。3人で訪れたのだが席がいっぱいで待つことに。しばらく待ってるとこちらの何となく急いでる雰囲気を察知してくれたのか女性スタッフが「分かれてなら案内できますが⋯」と声をかけてくれた。急いでいたのでそれでOKし入店、食事を取り始めた。すると別の女性スタッフが「一緒に座れる席を確保しました」と声をかけてくれた。気にしてくれてたのが嬉しかった。 また、娘が急に生理になり困っていると、女性のスタッフがご自身の物を譲ってくれた。感謝感謝です。

客室は広くてゆったり、清潔にされていて快適でした。チェックイン・アウトは機械式でしたが、受付スタッフの方が丁寧にサポートしてくれたのでスムーズでした。宿泊客は外国人が多かったように思います。駐車場はホテル前に６台分のスペースしかなく、夜８時頃の時点で既に埋まっていましたが、近隣のコインパーキングを案内してくれました。
