"My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality. "Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, en tout cas pas en été. Il y a plusieurs commodités maintenant normales dans les hôtels qu'on ne retrouve pas: pas d'ascenseur, pas de climatisation (il faisait plus chaud à l'intérieur de la chambre qu'à l'extérieur de l'immeuble), un frigo qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de cafetière, pas de coffre-fort. Les chambres sont trop petites pour avoir un bureau, voire une chaise. Il est interdit d'avoir des invités, ne serait-ce que pour une courte visite. Le quartier...

"Séjour d'une nuit sur place pour une personne seule. Bel accueil avec une proposition en amont de l'arrivée de préparer une chambre avec un lit double au lit de 2 lits simples. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et globalement calme. On entend toutefois bien le voisin de la chambre d'en face quand il arrive et part et un fond sonore quand la télévision est allumée mais sans que cela ne soit gênant "

"I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps others. The place had no AC when it was 105 degrees outside, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up leaving Paris a day early because of it. On top of that, there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. The night staff was terrible and answered questions with a bad attitude. I’m leaving this review so others don’t make the same mistake I did."

"The room is clean but the hotel don’t have any facilities e.g cafe etc. The sound insulation is poor and you can hear people talking from the other room clearly."

"Check in was smooth, rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and kind. The second night the hot water in my room stopped working and they put me in a new room very quickly with no issue. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay there again. Very close to the train station so access to downtown Paris is very easy"
