"When I arrived front desk was on a personal phone call. I stood there till they finished. When returning from dinner a man ask how to check in. I explained someone was at the desk when I arrived. We found a button to activate for help. Went to my room changed when I came back down still no one. They had to call to get someone to help him. Also $100 deposit was removed from my card I produced. It has yet to be out back in my account. Customer service was of no service. The property customer service wasn’t much better. Still waiting on my deposit to be returned. "

"I was in what's called an accessible room. The bed is very high to get on and the shower head is extremely high. Also the walkway going to the property has a number of cracks."

"The room was good. The shower surround needed a good scub, very curious as to why that isn't done everytime a guest checks out. THe breaksfast was very good, but the breakfast attendant literally had a countdown of when it was over. 9:00 am! Her phone alarm went off. Prior to 9:00, she was putting everything away, very rushed. Parking was good, safe, lighted. "

"Everything from room cleanliness to breakfast, parking was good. Itvwould have been preferred if there was a locker in the room to store our valuables like passports etc"

"The room smelled musty and the floors were dirty. Booked a river view, didn’t get it. Also the pool was closed. What I read on this site said only closed til April 1"
