"We were not told in advance that the hotel was undergoing renovations and were put on a floor that was 90% being renovated. Front desk was almost always vacant of welcoming personnel. If I wanted something, I would have to call out. The room we were given was much in need of renovation: window was missing a pane that made outside noise seem like the window was open; the air conditioner was very noisy and did not work properly once we were able to turn it on; there were no hooks near sink and back of bathroom door to hold towels, robes, overnight kit, etc; the corner love seat is useless (very uncomfortable); key card to enter room would require multiple attempts before "green light" appeared. On the plus side, the room was clean when we arrived. Also, the always available coffee in the lobby was excellent and breakfast buffet was well stocked and maintained. "

"We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool. The man kept it very clean. My favorite was the breakfast. The lady preparing it kept the areas clean and food fresh. Fitness room> A1. They provide earbuds if you dont have your own. Overall wonderful experience. Not one complaint. Will be booking here everytime we are in Rochester. Thank you guys so much. "

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."
