"Very well kept room, clean, and good basic amenities... the location can't be beat! If you are a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs; the walls are thin and the locals like make a ruckus at all hours of the night. Be sure to eat at Paul's Place on the bottom floor."

"The condition is okay but old. The staff is very friendly. No air conditioning as announced in the expedia website. The view of the bay is sweet with some big trees in the parking lot. Parking is free during stay."
