"You need to let fuure guests know that the hotel shuttle doesnt run from approx. 10am until 5pm. this will prevent guests like myself from standing at the shuttle stop for an hour and then finding out the actual hours it operates. I incurred a cost of over 30 euros for a taxi. Your greeting email says "Look for Big Hotel shuttle - you can't miss it!" Nothing about the hours it operates."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Das Hotel ist total toll im Studentenviertel gelegen. Ein recht günstiges Parkhaus ist direkt am Gebäude. Die sind sehr rustikal, erinnern an eine Lagerhalle. Das ist aber gewünscht. Aber sehr gemütlich und alles ist top."

The bathroom was an excellent size and very good quality fixtures and fittings. We were pleased to have a coffee machine, fridge, safe and large wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, as well as coat hooks, shelves and shoe storage. There were no available electric points at the bedside, with the only 2 in the room being in the corner behind the desk or near the floor beside...

"The place is quite expensive consider its conditions and amenities but the fact that is only 200m away from the station is super convenient for people who plan to take a train back to the airport. "

"About 10-min walk from Brussels-Nord station, in an area with all type of shops and stops such as supermarkets, restaurants, fast-food(McDonald’s), metros & buses, etc. You can choose to do self-check-in/out on a kiosk at the lobby but the staff is always there willing to help. Free filtered water is provided at the check-in/out spot, saving money for purchasing bottled water from the nearby supermarket."
