The kitchen area outside in the second floor terrace is to die for with an infinity pool right next to it and beach louge chairs and the most amaxing view of the san juan del sur bay. "The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. The rest of it is a paper towel dispenser like in a public rest room. Not terrible but very unusual. I had to ask for shampoo, and they gave me three little plastic bags that they...
