"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."
"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away.

The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
