"Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up on why so that was kind of a bummer. Otherwise, the resort itself was amazing."

"This was our 4th time staying and it was just as great as the other stays. We arrived well after the front desk closed and the restaurant staff quickly got us settled in a room. "This hotel is great and a great bargain. The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors. The one constraint worth mentioning is that depending on where your house is located on the property, it can be a 20-25 minute walk on a hill to the town, which can be tricky to navigate with food. That said, if you have a car, that will not be an issue and you can always get a local taxi to help you out. I still highly recommend this hotel and it's definitely worth 5 stars in my book!"
