"The best part was the check in. I wish I got her name but the wonderful lady who checked me in was warm, accommodating, and fast. The hotel itself has more cons than pros, but knowing they have such a great staff combined with their prices being some of the best in the area means I will come back when my needs require an inexpensive place near BNA.
