Unit was very clean & nice. Had issues with getting the TV to work. Front desk wasnt very helpful. It is ridiculous to be charged $14 to park, when staying there. Parking should be included with your stay.

Very convenient to the airport that even had washers and dryers in the fourth floor you could use to wash clothes. Breakfast stays open till 10 am which was nice. Outside of a bathroom door sticking, everything worked and was very clean and staff was super helpful and nice!.

We left our car in the parking lot for three weeks with no issues. They have a park and fly lot. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The breakfast was tasty. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We paid $300 for one night. We checked in and the carpet was shredded and the couch in lobby had stains on it. After check-in the front desk person informed us that the elevators were down and they were working on them. So, we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs which isn't awful but we are seniors with back issues and was difficult. We had an early check out at 3:30AM so we asked the front desk if there was coffee. He said yes and showed us where it was. The coffee was ice cold and old tasting. For the money we paid it was not impressive. On the bright side the room was nice and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to check into my room early which was great after a extremely long trip getting there. My only issue was the washcloths in the shower was dirty and crunchy as if they were already used and left to dry. Therefore I rate a 4 out of 5 stars because that was truly disgusting.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend at Hyatt House. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly. We entered our room and immediately decided this was perfect. We had a King Suite. We loved the kitchen, and having everything we could need provided was a positive. The couch was comfy. The room was amazing. Our only complaint is the AC did not seem to have a constant fan. Other than that, we enjoyed the bar, pool, the courtyard, and the room.
