"El servicio es bueno pero no se preocupan por la seguridad del parking puesto que nos reventaron una luna del coche y por lo visto ya les va pasando a varios clientes y no avisan, para aparcar en otra parte o lo que sea. "

J'avais fait une recherche pour un hôtel spa à st jean de luz, et je me retrouve avec un hôtel qui n'est pas spa et qui n'est pas à st jean de luz. Vous devez supprimer cet hôtel de la liste des spa, si ce n'est pas déjà fait."

"We absolutely love this hotel. It was in the centre of everything. Great restaurants nearby walkable to everything. It was easy to arrive by a car and the Parkade was a huge bonus. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. They have a fitness room and sauna. We loved our room. It was spacious. It was great having the washroom separate from the shower area."

"Benoit at the front desk was outstanding, gave us an upgrade for the first two nights to the quieter back rooms of the hotel. Also carried my wife’s suitcase up the stairs. Location is right in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, surrounded by restaurants only downside is the noise in hotel’s front rooms. We were amazed by this town and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trabenia. After getting settled we went on a short walk around the beautiful area the came back to the hotel for a nice anperitif at the bar. We then an amazing meal at the restaurant. Will definitely be back someday. "
