Conveniently located near the highway and a gas station. Easy access to airport about 10-15 minutes away. San Sebastián is about 25 min by car. Great for families - large rooms. Convent restaurant on premise with good dinning options.

Excellent hotel with very good restaurant and buffet breakfast, also a bar and cafe. Room was large and comfortable, it even had a fridge. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, just off the motorway.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff and simple but tasty food in the cafe bar area. Excellent breakfast served by very hard working , efficient friendly people.

Everything was good, apart from the hair dryer, it was not functional, no electricity near the dryer to make it work as the hair dryer is fixed to the wall near the mirror. The telephone is not connected to the reception, no info at the arrival how to contact the reception service if any questions

Great hotel but restaurant variable when busy

great stop over hotel. Ive stayed here a couple of times with my family and really rated the first visit. Unfortunately the restaurant which was great on my first visit was a real disappointment this time. The food was just cold as it hadn't been heated enough. The table next to ours had tge same problem and sent the croquettes back to be reheated. in fairness the hotel was packed but was disappointing.

A mixed bag... The Pro's - the hotel looks lovely from the outside and is very convenient location-wise. The beds were comfortable and my room was very spacious. The hotel was also a great price for the night and the attached bar and restaurant clearly very popular with the locals. The Cons - Definitely bring some ear plugs as the walls are paper thin and there's lots of door slamming, loud TV's and other noise to contend with. Also, whilst the gentleman checking me in was helpful and friendly, his female counterpart when I wanted to check-out the following morning was very much the opposite, but maybe she was have a bad day, or maybe doesn't care too much about repeat business.

Très bel environnement, cadre magnifique. Personnel génial. Le seul inconvénient c’est le bruit de l’autoroute juste devant notre chambre. Une nuit horrible car pas dormi.

No me esperaba gran cosa pero me decepcionó bastante. La habitación estaba sucia, fría y el termostato no funcionaba. Era super ruidosa y además del tráfico constante, nos pasamos la noche despertando cada vez que alguien cerraba la puerta de la habitación, pues temblaba todo. El gimnasio no estaba tampoco muy limpio y faltaba material. En la cafetería nos costó horrores que nos atendieran, y fue caro para la calidad de la comida. Igualmente el desayuno desproporcionado para la oferta. Sinceramente pasamos los próximos días en un ibis en muchas mejores condiciones y mucho más barato.
