We had a very comfortable stay overall. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a real plus—easy to access and very convenient for travelers with a car. The property also has easy access to the main town, although I’d recommend getting an early start on weekends. Our only real challenge was finding food after arriving late. Dining options nearby are quite limited after 9pm. There is a restaurant right around the corner, and we appreciated the 10% guest discount, although our experience there was below average. This may have been more a matter of timing than location, so I’d recommend planning ahead if you expect to arrive late. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, especially if you’re traveling by car.

Es war alles gut, viel besser als man das von einem Hotel an der Autobahn erwartet. Natürlich ist es kein Luxus-Tempel und beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr frisches schön gewesen (Tomatenscheiben zum Beispiel), aber ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten

Great reasonably priced place to stay. Really nice staff. Breakfast was fine - a nice tray is provided to carry it to your table. There is a grill restaurant around the corner. Convenient place to stay if you are travelling - good parking with fast chargers if you have an electric car - when we were there there seemed good availability of these.

This hotel is wel priced and you get what you pay for. I wopuld liken it to a Premier Inn in the UK. Nothing wrong with that at all. Breakfast was limited but fine enough. It was disappinting that being a hotel that welcomes dogs, you weren't allowed to take them into breakfast with you, which means my wife and I having to eat separately at different times. The hotel is a fair walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz and backs onto a busy main road. It is clean and well presented. Would i stay here again - yes.

J’apprécie cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années.Le personnel est toujours très accueillant,amical,prêt à tout pour vous satisfaire.C’est toujours très propre.Il n’y a qu’une seule chose que je peux éventuellement critiquer :les fonds de douche sont ultra glissants.Quand j’étais plus jeune, n’avais pas de problème,mais,en vieillissant,l’équilibre n’est plus le même et ,c’est un facteur de risque de chute très important. Chez une personne âgée,ça peut provoquer des cassures.Merci d’en tenir compte lors des prochaines rénovations
