"Overall, the hotel was as expected with no major surprises or issues, except for the AC situation, which significantly affected our stay.
On the day we arrived, we were informed that there was an issue with the AC in our reserved room and were asked to accept a downgrade. We declined the downgrade and were eventually given our originally booked room after being told that the AC issue had been fixed.
Unfortunately, it clearly wasn't. For the next two nights, the room remained uncomfortably warm, and we were sweating through the night. This made it very difficult to sleep comfortably.
Other than this, the stay was as expected. However, being told the AC was fixed when the problem continued throughout our stay was disappointing. I would have appreciated more transparency and a proper resolution, especially since comfortable room temperature is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel."
