"Excellent hotel. Some nice touches, super friendly staff and very clean. The swimming pool was really great to use. Beautiful garden to the front and an excellent choice for breakfast. Definitely would recommend."

Hotel was in a Great location, just a 2 min walk from Interlaken OST station (bus and trains), grocery, Mc Donald’s, restaurants, pharmacies all close by. Staff was very helpful. "The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay which caused some lengthy waits for the only elevator. Overall, the property is a great place to stay and very close to the train station. "

"We enjoyed the room. We got the river view. The staff was accommodating in checking us in early when we arrived around noon. Originally, we had booked the Mountain View, but later decided tinge the the river room and they were flexible in letting us change. The hotel is a six minute easy walk from the train station. The rooms are nice and modern. The staff was friendly and gave us cold water bottles when we checked out. Great location. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
