I would recommend this hotel to the others. Even it is located in Interlaken West and we have to start our journey in interlaken East station. It is very worth to stay in this hotel. "Hotel room was large compared to some European hotels we have been at and ample room for our family of 4. The views were amazing and good location to access Interlaken and activities there. Staff was very nice and free breakfast was good and an added plus."
"The hotel and room are nice, very swiss chalet. However, the check in counter close since 20:00 though the staff are all very nice and helpful but this hotel is somewhat far and not convenience if you have no car. If you want to go further to Jungfrau, you rather find hotel around the Interlaken west/Ost station."
"This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it! "
