"This was my first time staying at this hotel and my first time in Osaka. It was the first of two hotels on my Osaka trip, and it ended up being my favorite out of the seven or so hotels I stayed in during my two-week Japan visit. I stayed for three nights and paid for access to the lounge on the 17th floor, which was a great place to unwind after long days of exploring the city. I was also able to pay to bring a guest into the lounge, which was perfect since my dad was staying at a cheaper hotel nearby. My room was on the 30th floor and had an amazing view. If I return to Osaka, I will almost certainly book this hotel again."

"This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around. The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us. The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too"

"This hotel is probably a victim of it's own success. It's a great hotel but because it's so busy, sometimes it takes forever to catch an elevator during "rush hour". We've had to wait for several elevators because the incoming elevator was packed, and the stairs were locked so we couldn't even take the stairs. I would do 4.5 stars if I could. But being popular isn't the hotel's fault (maybe having a third elevator could make it perfect.)"
