"Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too."

"The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. "A very roomy and comfortable flat in the city centre, with full kitchen and fridge and even a small breakfast selection. Highly recommended, I stay there whenever I can. The house does not have an elevator so be aware if you struggle with stairs. It can be noisy on the street until late but this has not bothered me. "

"I recently stayed at The Stay Company for nearly a month, and it was an excellent experience. The location was fantastic, very safe, with a park just steps away and convenience stores nearby. The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed.
