Staff were all friendly. Room was very clean and was quiet. Good location to get around Nottingham with bus and tram right outside. Lots of places to shop and eat close.

The price was good, but you can hear the airoplans, trams. church bells, and the town crowd.

Expected hotel got student accommodation

This is a student accommodation. Not a hotel. Doesnt have same facilities as hotel. Shower head was loose and couldn't hold in position. There is no tv.

Could have been cleaner (chewing gum and hair in the plughole in the bathroom sink). Shower cubicle filled with water when being used as drainage partially blocked. No pillow cases on bed when I first arrived. However, you get what you pay for and overall it was fine. Good value for money, comfortable, spacious and very accessible.

Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also noticed that the Wi-Fi box was hanging loosely from the wall, which seemed unsafe. Despite the pre-check-in form clearly confirming two guests, only one set of towels was provided. When we reported these issues during check-in, we were assured they would be resolved while we were out and that we wouldn’t need to be present. However, on returning we found a note saying staff were unable to access the room and that we needed to report to reception.

Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. Only small gripes were a lack of plates and cutlery (you’d think a 2 person flat would have at least 2 plates / 2 knives and forks etc) and the shower water pressure could have been stronger but all in all very good accommodation for the price

Localización excepcional justo en el centro de Nottingham. Es un estudio en una residencia de estudiantes que en verano alquila sus estudios; y por tanto no tiene todos los servicios de un hotel. Alquilas un estudio/apartamento y tu te encargas de mantenerlo durante la estancia. Edificio tranquilo durante la estancia.

Somente um problema e foi resolvido, todos gentis

Fiquei com a minha mãe no local, em uma viagem de família. Fomos muito bem até dias em todos os momentos e só tivemos um problema, o aquecedor não estava funcionando e como era fim de semana não havia como solicitar ajuda técnica. Foram providenciados cobertores extras e ficou tudo bem, eles nos ajudaram em todas as situações que precisamos. O local é muito limpo e o espaço é ótimos para 2 pessoas. A localização também é boa pois fica bem no centro e há vários restaurantes e lojas por perto.
