"The staff was very friendly, especially Maui who was always very personable. They were so friendly that I bought a Hopia Cake for them to share. A very beautiful hotel. Too bad the bridge that leads to Coconut Island is broken because I was really looking forward to going to it. The WSW Restaurant had great food. In fact, I believe I had one of the best steaks when I ordered the Sizzling Steak."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is so close to dining it’s a great place to stay. The only thing that was a downside was the water for the shower was not consistent at all and made it hard for us to bathe kids. The only other thing was the parking was a little tight for our large rental, but if you have a smaller vehicle you’ll be okay!"

"I have been here once before. It’s a lovely property and the staff is great. What is unfortunate is that they changed their food/coffee. They used to have a little coffee bar where you were able to get great drinks such as matcha and they had a great restaurant. They have changed the restaurant and the food is not as great. "Clean rooms, great staff, wonderful air conditioning, clean laundry room with multiple washer and dryer you don't have to wait. Kids love the pool as well. Only complaint is only one person or staff can ruin it for everyone else by rushing you while you check out and not seem to show interest or have time for your questions. Other than that everyone was awesome and everything was excellent. One more thing, even though one member of the family, 2 yr old dog, was not able to make it on this trip...
