There was a broken chair on the lanai, a broken handle on the master shower door, the kitchen wasn't quite as stocked as I would have liked but overall, we loved the location, loved the lodging, we had a wonderful stay and would choose that booking again. We're very thankful.

The place look clean but in the bathroom have many super ants at the sink and counter the check in is complicated they said they send me e mail that we need to sign and return and I check the e mail I never get it so we have to do it at the door . It take me around 30 minutes and i have 2 kid with me u know how hard it will be also one big thing is they have bed bug I stay in Honolulu hotelfor 4 day and everything is good but when I stay in the hotal my whole body is super itchy

We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts. Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. This information should have been included in the original ad. If it was there, it was buried in the weeds as we didn’t see this upon booking.

Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it.

The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing time. People were kind and helpful. The only reason this review is a 4 and not a 5 is the check-in process. I showed up around 10 PM in heavy rain. I was told that I had to check in at a different Outrigger property that was 5 miles away. The whole thing didn't make much sense to me. Could have easily been done at the property or by email.

6泊お世話になりました。 エアコンが別料金だとは知らずビックリしました。部屋は清潔で使いやすいく、快適でしたが、TVのリモコンが沢山あり、わかりにくかったです。たまたま夜間スタッフが日本人だったので質問でき助かりますました。 固定のシャワーは使いにくいです。 プールやジャグジーは快適でした！

The ocean was not visible from our room, but the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club was. We did visit the pool that was by the ocean and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the waves crashing on the rocks and spraying us with ocean spray. Every staff member was friendly, informed and helpful!

Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security. Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. Some tricks w/ TV/remotes, TV didn't work in twin bedroom. Pools had concession/drink stands but those weren't open to get a complete resort feel. Vending machine not working at garden pool. Water fountain not working at garden pool. Pickle ball racquets broken/worn out. Takes a while for hot water in master shower.
