"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "The address posted on this website for the property was different from the actual address. I am not sure if this was an issue on the Expedia or the property owner but I was completely lost on the day. It was late in the night and the trains were stopped and I had to walk to the hotel. It was very confusing as the address pointed me to a different direction. I had to ask people on the street to find the place. "

"This is an adult hotel however kids are allowed. We stayed here for 1 night and the room was huge with massage chair, arcade game, karaoke and a huge bathtub and lots of amenities with curling and flat iron. They have a room service for our breakfast as well which was cool and on time.. we would stay here again if we are around Osaka and near the ITM airport "
