The receptionist speaks good English. She explained the hostel's rules and showed us around. The room was a comfortable size for all 4 of us. Only 2 complaints - the stairs for the bunk beds were too close to the wall so it was difficult to climb up and down, and the water pressure for the shower was quite low.

Good for a night on your way to Malaysia

Only stayed here one night but was able to book a tour to Penang right from the hostel. Generally the place was clean and comfortable.

Very good hostel with great location

Perfect location, very friendly staff (speaking English!), the only bad thing is a little weird and strong smell in the bathrooms (dirty pipes..?). But that's a minor drawback compared to what the hostel offers.

Convenience location but cleanliness need improve

Location is very convenient. Close to Lee Garden & Kim Yong Market. But cleanliness need to be improved. Very dusty and we found there was stain (seems like blood stain) on the duvet cover.

Poor facility hostel

It is strategically located near Central Mall, Kim Yong Market, however the hostel signboard is not huge to draw attention therefore, you might miss it (or even the tuk tuk driver will not know the hostel). I booked Super 4 room (family room), it come with 2 bunk bed which the pillow is too soft and flat, while the bed is so stiff (hard). The toilet/shower room at the room does not even have a hanger where you can hang your clothes! That is totally unacceptable! Will not re-book this hotel! However, if you have limited budget and you just need a bed to sleep, it wouldn’t be a bad option.

駅・ショピングモールに近く、食事、買い物にも便利な場所です、歩いて行ける範囲ですね アリーチェックインにも対応して貰えて大変良かった、ホステルですがタオルも付いていてサービスもGoodです

駅まで徒歩10分弱、セントラルデパートまで5分弱と、繁華街に近いところにあります。 ドミトリーのベッドは、カーテン付き。 開閉式の小さなテーブルもあるので、ベッドでパソコン使う人にも便利です。 エアコンは、寒いくらいにガンガンにきかせてあります。

Good location, near all the famous place

Staff is good, good location that near big market(5min), Leegarden Plaza (3min) , Good for family trip also, because they got 6 ppl room. Last but not least, there have no lift for old ppl.

โรงแรมอยู่กลางเมืองหาดใหญ่ สามารถเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนต่อได้ ห้องนอนเป็นแบบดอมแบบมีม่านปิด เปิดแอร์เย็นดี แม้แต่ปิดม่านก็ได้แอร์ ใกล้ร้านอาหารมากมาย ใกล้ข้าวต้มรถแดง ใกล้ตลาดกิมหยง ห้องน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย ห้องอาบน้ำมีแมลงอะไรก็ไม่รู้อยู่ด้วย อยากให้ปรับปรุงห้องน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำให้มากๆหน่อยครับ ตอนเช้ามีกาแฟและโอวัลตินให้ฟรี มีตู้กดน้ำให้ โดยรวมถือว่าดีครับ

We were staying in the 4-bed dorm, there are alot of insects on the wall perhaps it can be cleaned. + for a private bathroom in our room, and they have type G plug & socket for Malaysian.

Convenient, friendly and perfect for backpackers

I stayed three nights in the mixed dorm and it was great. Location is perfect and the owner and workers and friendly and helpful. Definitely won't hesitate to book here during next visit!
