Great stay
Great location. You can find food and shopping around the area. Tuk Tuk knows the hotel and shuttle bus for Central Festival Mall will stop in front of the hotel during weekend. Improvement to recommend: My floor does not have lift to reach (7th floor) and bed in my room is hard. Breakfast variety is limited.

Short getaway
I would certainly recommend this hotel as the location and comfort is worth paying. The bed is so very comfortable

Pro: The location is very convenient, near to Lee garden. Most of the van / tuktuk drivers knew the place. Cons: We got bitten by BED BUGS during our stay. The hotel looks clean but we never expect that! Hotel is a bit aged. 7th floor can only access by stairs.

Terrible stay
The room window was grill with mosquito net. It could not close it glass windows. The aircon compressor was outside it. The heat of generate from outside get into the room. What an unpleasant experience. Never again this hotel. Compare to generally most hotel around the same pricing. Bad experience never to return to it again.

Good stay in Hat Yai City
Everything went smooth, room was clean with very friendly housekeepers who would greet you when you approach them for help. WiFi in room helped a lot too. Would be better if they can provide hand towel in the toilet.
